We offer same-day service for many jobs, depending on your location and the size of the clearance needed. When you call, we'll give you an honest estimate of when we can attend. For emergency clearances (like after floods or accidents), we prioritize these calls and can often attend within 2-3 hours.

Yes, as licensed waste carriers we provide full documentation for all waste removed, including Waste Transfer Notes when required. These documents show that your waste has been disposed of legally and responsibly. We can email these to you immediately after collection or provide paper copies if preferred.

We're committed to environmentally responsible waste management. All materials are sorted at our facility - metals are recycled, reusable items are donated to charity where possible, and only genuine waste goes to licensed disposal facilities. We currently achieve a 90%+ recycling rate across all collections.

For most jobs, yes - we'll need access to the waste and may have questions about what to take. However, for regular commercial customers or when special arrangements are made in advance, we can often collect without you being present. We'll always confirm collection details by text/email when the job is complete.
